This service, the first of its kind in Europe, is managed by Orbis Monitoring
24 hour professional Bureau service.
When an SOS call has been activated, the position of the user is
shown on a house level detailed map at the Bureau, which is then
responded to by the Bureau staff. The tracking telephone not only provides protection, it is also an invaluable resource management tool. The base office is able to access the Cybertrak internet site to obtain an update of its work force. The new service is inclusive of the telephone, special airtime tariff, 24 hour bureau monitoring service and full customer Internet access. |
